Six primary highways serve the region (Highway #2, Highway #18, Highway #28, Highway #33, Highway #44, and Highway #63). These paved highways are of top quality and are maintained on a daily basis. Secondary highways throughout the region are also well maintained and provide a good road system for connecting the numerous communities located throughout the region.

Regional airports are located in Westlock, Barrhead, and near the Town of Swan Hills. The close proximity of GROWTH Alberta region to the Edmonton International Airport also provides access to worldwide passenger and freight connections.

Rail service is provided by Canadian National Railways. Greyhound Bus Lines provides regular scheduled bus service and there are numerous trucking and courier companies servicing GROWTH Alberta.
